LittleBigPlanet creativity being "moderated"

In a rather depressing turn of events, it appears the creativity aspect of LittleBigPlanet is being castrated. According to a forum post on the official LittleBigPlanet forum:

Has anyone had this happen to them yet? My level was moderated (read; deleted) and now I can't re-publish. There was absolutely nothing offensive whatsoever in the level at all and I was given no explanation as to why they moderated it or why they won't even let me republish, even after making changes. If any mods here have any insight into why things like this happen, please enlighten me, as this totally kills the enjoyment I was getting out of this game.

So, everything that infringes copyright will be modereted, it seems. Media Molecule can't really be blamed for enforcing these oppressive copyright laws but it still removes a lot of the possibilities in the game. If we can't design anything that even remotely compares to an IP, what's left? 1,000,000 calculators on the Cool Levels section? Sounds fun.

We'll bring any more updates as they come or a official press-release from Sony or Media Molecule.

you cant really blame them. they do have to protect themselves from hundreds/thousands of possible copywrite infringements.
This is so retarded lol

it hasnt castrated anything, its being responcible.

so instead of having a picture of a can of Coke, have a can of Koke.. big whoop, easy way around copywrite infringement. the tools are robust enough that it shouldnt be that hard to make enough changes to a pic to get around any infringements.
Yes but

Remix, they don't just delete the level, they stop you from re-publishing it period. So you'd have to start from scratch...some levels take hours to make!

alot of people are getting confussed for example the god of war level was deleted for a R rating and the game is E. there was sacrifice and killing sackboys in fire ect. give it time and everyone will get used to it, you have to remember what parents are like not just copyright issues.
